Administration Assistant

Position: Administration assistant ( Secretary)
Duty station: Kigali

 Contract duration: 20 months with possibility to extend depending on funding opportunities

Starting date: as soon as possible

Qualifications / Preconditions:
A2 in language, secretariat, accounting, business administration, and similar domains.
At least 10 years of professional experience in domains like secretariat, administration, storekeeping, cashier, and similar fields.
Experience working in international organizations is a very big asset.

Note:
The person has to be strong in English (French skills would be a good asset). He/She has to be computer literate with strong oral and written communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
•Day to day secretariat works at WHH Kigali Office,
•operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, printers & computers and faxes, •write business letters, reports or office memos,
•file papers and documents,
•undertake other duties such as banking, credit control or payroll functions,
•receiving and directing visitors, etc.

Salary/Month: 100.000 RwF Net + Benefits as per the Rwandan labor law
