SCI Rwanda Country Office seeks to hire qualified, committed and experienced nationals to fill the following positions;



Based in Kigali, The Finance Intern will support finance office organize its book keeping and set a proper filing system


Key Responsibilities
·      Assist in bank reconciliation on a monthly basis together with the finance officer
·      Assist in filing all vouchers
·      Assist finance team with assigning paid stamp on payment vouchers
·      Analyse staff advance accounts on a monthly basis
·      Assist on updating asset list through physical check
·         Ensure all files are properly referenced according to documents inside
·         Ensure proper filling for Kigali Office in collaboration with the finance Officer.
·         Ensure separate filing for RRA tax payments and declarations
·         Ensure separate filing for RSSB  payments and declarations
·         Ensure separate filing for bank reconciliations
·         Ensure separate filing for staff payrolls per month
·         Taking transfers and Cheques to the bank for Kigali Office when necessary.
·         Any other duty assigned by the supervisor

·         Bachelor degree in accountancy/finance/management or Equivalent.
·         1 years work experience, preferably in an NGO set up
·         Highly developed relationship building and interpersonal skills
·         Highly developed verbal and communication skills
·         Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
·         Ability to liaise with a diverse range of people, stakeholders and customers
·         Strong time management and organizational skills
·         Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
·         High levels of attention to detail and quality
·         Computer literacy (including advanced excel skills)
