Our Client, a leader in its line of business with headquarters in Kigali, Rwanda, is seeking to recruit ambitious, dynamic and result focused individuals to fill the following position:


Human Resources (HR) Assistant - Ref.HR/01/15

Specific Responsibilities:
-          To support the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Functions
-          Provide HR advice to the business in areas like: Employee Relations & Welfare, Compensation & Benefits, HR records management, Internal Communication &, Performance Management, Induction & Orientation.
Qualifications required

    Bachelors Degree in anyone  of the following: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial & Organisational Psychology
    Proficiency in Office applications, including Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
    Knowledge of  Rwanda Employment Law and Best HR practices


Working experience

    At least 1 years experience in a Human Resources Department
    Experience in using Payroll software like SAGE Payroll
    Experience in Database usage and HR Records Management

(With a heightened sense of confidentiality and data protection)

    Experience in administration of employee benefits and HR staff motivation programmes
