Job Description
The HR Officer Market Hub is responsible for the recruitment of Mobisol contractors, i.e. Sales Agents, Market Hub Operators and Mobisol Technicians. The selection of fitting, motivated, high-quality candidates is essential for Mobisol’s operations and future growth. The contractors shall be recruited in expansion areas of Mobisol, and will be trained in the MobisolAkademie prior to their work engagement. 

Responsibilities of the HR Officer Market Hub include:
  •     Publish job advertisements for contractors in local media, i.e. radio, newspapers, posters, and liaise with organisations and agenciesfor provision of candidates
  •     Be the first point of contact for all candidates responding to advertisements
  •     Meet applicants on site and shortlist based on a set of criteria
  •     Conduct interviews and select the most fitting candidates for training
  •     Communicate all relevant information on recruitment results and challenges to the MobisolAkademie management and other affected departments on a regular basis
  •     Further develop the profiles of the different Mobisol contractor types, to ensure highest quality for Mobisol’s operations
  •     Administrate contractor-related files, such as contact information and application documents
  •     Set up and maintain a contractor CV database for future recruitment rounds
 Requirements
  •     Strong experience in Human Resources, specifically in the field of recruitment
  •     Diploma in HR, psychology or in a business-related discipline
  •     Willingness to travel within Rwanda on a weekly basis, including overnight stays
  •     Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
  •     Strong administration skills and structured, accurate way of working
  •     Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
  •     Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
  •     Reliable teamworker with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  •     Flexibility and willingness to learn
  •     Driving licence category B as a plus
