Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be to develop the ventures in your market through operational and strategic actions. You will directly manage your operational and commercial team. You will build Lamudi in Rwanda, with overall responsibility for selling the service to real estate agencies, building relationships with these agencies, and marketing the site throughout the country. You will run the business, with support and guidance from the central team.

Key responsibilities include:
· Drive overall top line and profitability development
· P&L ownership
· Recruit and manage the team, in particular the local sales and operations team
· Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders
· Coordinate your commercial team with the other services (Marketing, Partnerships,
Finance, etc.)
· Deliver measurable results linked to the project you are in charge of
· Ensure regular reporting of your actions and results
· Drive activity analysis
· Manage the team efficiency and cohesion
· Create an unparalleled environment for your team’s development and happiness

The candidate will be an outstanding salesperson, with a real passion for communication and
negotiation. They will have entrepreneurial flair and a strong desire to run his/her own
business. Comfortable in an unstructured and ambiguous startup environment, they must be
prepared to work hard under pressure. A strong network in their country is crucial, as is the
desire to be based there in the medium term. Experience of developing and
executing B2B and B2C sales/marketing campaigns is a big plus.
